Greetings from the team, new year!

Project Status

Since the mod's initial release, we've done a tremendous amount of work fixing bugs and all sorts of shortcomings. We'd like to extend a special thanks to everyone who helped us find them.

Most of the bugs have now been fixed, allowing us to focus even more attention on new content.

Steam Release

Over the past couple of years, we've repeatedly stated that Overcharged would be released on Steam, and we stand by that. After quite a while, we tested a test build of our project on Steam. All work related to optimization, refinement, and testing of both new and old content is now smoothly moving to Steam.

Can we say when the official Steam release will be? Unfortunately, no. Maybe the Pope knows? We still have a huge amount of work to do. Our main goal right now is to polish the existing content and integrate new ones. We've already achieved significant success, and we don't want to repeat the situation with the 2.5 release on MODDB.

Your Help

After analyzing community feedback and discussing the current state and future plans, we've reached some conclusions and are already refining some assets (3D models, textures, and animations) to bring the overall visual style into line with a unified standard. Therefore, we welcome any confident additional development assistance. Please contact us in the Discord or Steam discussion group.

. It's not started in december 2024, lets explain the root of sun leak situation... What was happened? Year 2021 . Noclick as a new youtuber has been in search of fresh video material and something exclusive to work with in the future. A project named Overcharged has been in progression on the scene since year 2018, several teasers were made to show what is done. Time passed... the release date was revealed for february 2022. Some time before, at the beginning of the year Noclick contacted with Overcharged team to ask for some pre release footage and gameplay showcase. At that time MikeDoubth was the main coder, he also agree with that collaboration. The mod get to RELEASE. This IS just disgusting

. I'm talking about hacker attack in summer 2025 on overcharged discord server. It's verified after long investigations that gigaslav, with (or it is) MikeDoubth used exploit to get admin access rights and post several images versus Ukraine pres Zelenskiy. (I not going to publish that images, those who seen this, they seen). Plus posting fake overcharged code with misplaced, not real and mixed entity names to make everybody believe thats real which IS disguisting. What IS more disguisting is instead of continue work on overcharged mod MikeDoubth just decided to throw some poo and leak all team group private info to some dirt people simply like: 'MikeD: ok i dont care just take this and that, they all were lazy asses anyway, all the code work belong to me' - phrase translated from hacker gigaslav. I should claim all those leaked files as FOOLS GOLD. Literally if you use that, there is simple zero guarantees. Do you expect something worthly from a... snitch? I have ...
